Group  Workshops

My workshops start from £5.00 per person, depending on group size and venue. I would never charge you more than £10.00 and would always offer a discount for advanced, block bookings. I am currently offering two workshops: Imposter Syndrome and Meditation Groups. 

They are suitable for all ages and abilities, and are great forms of social and peer support. They are particularly useful when you need a little self-belief, or to learn strategies to relax and exercise some self-care, but don't need a full counselling session. 

 

Imposter Syndrome

‘Imposter phenomenon’ was originally researched by Dr Pauline Clance and Suzanne Imes in the 20th century.  They discovered the best therapy for imposter syndrome is group therapy: observing that it is easier to believe other participants are not imposters, and that they can resonate with the delusion they are displaying during group discussions. 

 

 

Meditation Groups

Meditation is a mind-body practice in which your attention is focused on being mindful of the present, your breath and your mind to promote awareness, cultivate wellbeing and reduce stress and anxiety.  It is good for physical, emotional and mental health, including  self-awareness, attention span, age related memory loss, pain management, addictions and irregular sleep patterns. 

I also arrange themed workshops and have recently run one for seasonal stress: planning the build up to Christmas!
