Meditation & Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing your awareness in the present moment, and calmly acknowledging and accepting your thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations. 

Meditation is a technique that helps you to gain this awareness and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state. 

Both valuable to help relieve stress and anxiety, exam problems, habit breaking, or to explore past issues that might be holding you back.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

MINDFULNESS GROUPS 

WE MEET IN SMALL GROUPS OF 6 - 8 PEOPLE

Suitable for all levels of experience.

We will always start with an introduction to meditation and mindfulness. 

Followed by some zen and guided meditations and mindful activities.

 Progressing to deeper meditations. 

We will always have time for a discussion and refreshments:

NO PRESSURE TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE DISCUSSION, BUT IT DOES HELP TO SHARE!

THEMED GROUPS - FOR EXAMPLE SURVIVING SEASONAL PRESSURES.

Workshops will usually last for 90 minutes

Fees are between £5 and £10 per person, per session
